Who You Are:

We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager who excels at building customer relationships and ensuring that our customers have all the resources they need to be successful on our platform.

As an outstanding Technical Account Manager, you’ll support our customers every step of the way as they plan, create, and implement their fundraising experiences. This position will require exceptional knowledge of our platform along with a nurturing approach to ensure that our customers feel supported.

The role will predominantly focus on corresponding with key accounts, large nonprofits, and corporate customers with active campaigns. In addition, the person in this role will be actively reaching out to existing customers that have not been active on the platform to encourage them to re-engage. Each customer may have a different goal in mind, so the person in this role must be flexible and creative to help each customer achieve and exceed their goals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written communication skills, be extremely proficient with technology, and be able to make a comprehensive platform understandable for all types of customers and audiences. This role will report to our Director of Customer Success.

    Qualifications

    We’d Love To Hear From You If:

    • You are an expert at connecting with customers and helping them achieve their goals
    • You have technical experience with SaaS platforms like CRMs and ERP systems
    • You are a strong and friendly communicator and have exceptional follow up
    • You can recognize a customer’s needs and provide actionable, out of the box solutions
    • You can re-engage inactive customers and find creative ways to motivate them to action
    • You see great potential in every customer and are willing to go the extra mile to help them make a difference

    Bonus Points If You:

    • Have at least 2 years of work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
    • Have a passion for being a team player with a growth mindset towards helping the company excel faster
    • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly, approachable, yet professional way
    • Are incredibly organized and can adapt to working with any type of customer
    • Are friendly and trustworthy in a way that makes it easy for customers to connect with you
