Overview

The Customer Success (ICS) Trust & Safety group is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our team and serve as a fraud program manager, with the responsibility for program delivery and success.

We are looking for candidates who have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding, familiarity with a fraud, risk or a security operations function, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results

The role is responsible for stewarding critical fraud prevention/detection strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned development teams.

Responsibilities

Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5+ years leading multiple complex programs.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment, and ability to influence at all levels

Demonstrated ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

Effective consultative and influencing approach

Motivated self-starter with an attention to detail, but who's also flexible and able to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.

Strong analytical skills

Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.

Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience

5+ years Technical Program Management experience involving business, operational, and technology deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with programs for consumer software product delivery experience is strongly preferred over IT program experience (e.g. infrastructure, networking, hardware, security, business operations, etc.)

Experience managing programs around fraud or customer operations platform experience is a plus

PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired
