Candidate must have:
-At least 1 year experience in butcher department or similar food service setting.
- Passion for humane, sustainable, pasture raised meat.
- Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on feet and ability to lift 50 lb boxes.
- EXCELLENT customer service skills.
