Experienced with cooking and temping a variety of meats
1+ year experience cooking in a professional kitchen
Ability to work 8 hour shifts, lift 50 lbs
Ability to maintain a clean station, and stay positive in rushes
A genuine passion for food, beverage, hospitality and desire to learn - preferred
