Were currently looking to passionate and driven people to join our team as a cook.
Responsibilities:
Help in the preparation of variety of food items
Cook high volume of steaks and other meat items on broiler/open grill
Assist in plating of salads, appetizers, and deserts
Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast-paced kitchen
Practices food safety and sanitation policies
Other tasks as assigned by management team and lead staff
Requirements:
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
Ability to communicate with staff in a loud work environment
Enjoy working with people, self-motivated and highly-energetic, with a great attitude
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Skill and coordination in lifting objects up to 50 pounds and carrying them throughout kitchen
