The Barnfire Mesquite Grill is now hiring servers and bartenders.
We offer set schedules, family discounts and advancement opportunities.
Server - Dining - Morning - Friday - Sunday 10-4
Server - Dining - Evening shifts available Monday - Sunday 3-9, 5-9
Bartender / Server - Bar and Cocktail, full dining available in bar. 3-10, 4-10
Weekend and Holiday availability is mandatory. - prior restaurant experience required.
Qualified applicant must meet the following requirements-
-Minimum 1 year serving experience
-Have experience with touch screen POS
-Have tray carrying experience
-Must be upbeat, outgoing and energetic
-Carry or be able to obtain AZ Title 4 Liquor Training certificate
-Previous alcohol training or bar experience is a plus

Server and Bartender Qualifications and requirements
- Obtain an AZ Title IV basic certificate for on premise service.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team.
- Willing to work in fast paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
- Physically able to stand and move for the duration of the entire shift, able to bend and reach frequently. Be able to carry drink and food trays for service and lift up to 30 lbs.
