ADMINISTRATOR
Woodland Palms Memory Care Community, located in Tucson Arizona, is in search of a full-time licensed Administrator.
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:
Has the ability to lead, empower, and inspire the teams to achieve and maintain high standards.
Has a warm, charismatic personality with the ability to connect with older adults, families, referral sources, team members and others with genuine concern, kindness, and empathy.
Is curious and listens to hear the needs of others, demonstrating the ability to work in partnership to discover solutions
Can remove barriers, take initiative as a critical thinker, embracing conflict with logic, heart, and grace.
Is comfortable with and demonstrates competency with technology, including social media, marketing software, spreadsheets, power point, Microsoft Word, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Three years or more experience in eldercare and/or Senior Housing.
Licensed and in good standing as required by the State Licensing Authority, or the ability to become licensed.
Experience maintaining adherence to state and federal regulations related to Memory Care and state and federal employment laws.
Knowledge and comfort in interacting with guests, giving tours, visiting competitors, creating and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
Knowledge and experience managing the financials to assure operations remain within or exceed the budget
SALARY RANGE: $55,000-$60,000
