Private, "Apartment-like" Caregiver Accommodations - Multiple rooms and bath on second floor
REQUIREMENTS:
PERSONAL
ª Healthy Lifestyle; non-drinker, non-smoker, healthy diet, exercises, etc
ª Mentally, Emotionally - Mature and Stable; No Drama, No Phone Addiction
ª Well organized, neat, clean, efficient, detail-oriented, positive, motivated, persistent
ª Ability to be very consistent, adhere to strict routine and take direction with minimal variance
ª Ability to be appropriately firm and directive
ª Daily Uniform - Scrubs and appropriate footwear
ª Must love dogs (If Live In - cannot have own pets, sorry no exceptions)
BACKGROUND
ª Fluent in English; speaking, comprehension, reading and writing
ª Current, clean driver's license; Currently own vehicle w/valid insurance
ª Legal US citizen
ª Pass complete and thorough background check
DUTIES
ª General care, oversight and monitoring of man in mid 60's, ambulatory, alert, interactive
Needs more prompting, rather than physical assistance
Not To Include: Client Personal Errands, Appts. (most otherwise managed)
ª Housekeeping
ª Meal/Snack Planning and Prep (w/in prescribed dietary restrictions)
ª Laundry
ª Pet care (1 dog)
ª Light Exercise with him (walking, pool, hand weights, exercise ball, etc)
ª CPAP, Nebulizer, Oxygen, Medication Administration
