Stepping Stones Care is hiring patient, compassionate, self-motivated, and reliable individuals, who enjoy helping others, to provide 1 on 1 home and community services to individuals with disabilities. This is W-2 position that is flexible with your schedule, and you have input on which member you work with.
This is a rewarding position where you will be paired with one or more members with developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual (Cognitive) Disability).You will teach and mentor these individuals with socialization, adaptive skills, daily living skills, self-help skills, and more. You will help the member with their day to day objectives and challenges, and empower them to make the most of their lives.
Stepping Stones Care provides services throughout Arizona, flexible schedules, and clients within your area.
Perfect position for teachers, paraprofessionals, and child care workers, seeking part time work, or seasonal positions.
Pay ranges from $16-$19 DOE

Qualified Candidates Will Possess OR Have the Ability to Obtain:
Driver License
AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR and First Aid Certification
Article 9 Certification
Direct Care Worker Certification
