A growing dental practice is looking for a Superstar to be a front office coordinator. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for a team player who is friendly, caring and motivated. It will start as a 4 day positionMonday thru Thursday from 7:45 to 3:30pm during your training period. After the training period, it will be a Mon-Friday postion with hours extending up to 6pm.
Our office is very customer service focused so if you have worked in retail environments, restaurants that experience would be helpful. You must have knowledge of using computers and a multi-phone line system. Spanish speaking a plus.
We have 2 locations so you must be willing to work at bothone is on wilmot and one is on Oracle.
This person absolutely must:

- be able to learn and adapt quickly
- be able to handle stressful situations effectively (while smiling)
- be able to multi-task multiple duties at the same time
