We are currently seeking a night time working supervisor for our janitorial division. This position is responsible for training, coaching, motivating, supervising and discipline of 20-25 staff members. The person selected will be responsible for meeting quality and budget requirements for customer locations. UNIT MANAGER (FULL TIME) Responsible for training and supervision of general cleaning staff, cleaning duties will be performed as required. Usual schedule is 6PM - 3AM (restrictions apply) Monday - Friday.
Must have own transportation - Weekly gas allowance provided.
Bilingual English / Spanish required.
Hourly earnings $15.00 plus bonus + Benefits
JANITORIAL duties include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dumping trash. Employees must be quality focused and have the ability to work at an efficient pace. Position is physically demanding requiring employees to perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, etc.
