We are looking for hard workers that have experience in the field of property preservation and/or landscaping. This is a labor position and candidate must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. At this time we are ONLY looking for applicants with experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
raking and weeding
trimming trees and bushes
digging holes and trenches
laying decorative rock, rip rap
and flagstone
use a wheel barrow to move
material weighing 300+ lbs
(rock,dirt,concrete)
using weedeaters, blowers,
chainsaws and other power
tools
Preferred skills but not necessary:
knowledge of PVC, sprinklers,
irrigation and timers
preparation and installation
of sod
planting flowers, shrubs,
succulents, trees
installation of pavers
mixing concrete and mortar
installation of different types
of fencing.
(chain link, wooden, split rail)
We clean up repossessed houses all over Tucson and surrounding areas. We perform detailed yard clean-ups and create landscape designs to get houses ready for sale.
Starting pay is $12 per hour. Must be available Monday thru Friday. Must be dependable with no attendance issues. Must also work well with no supervision and have a "can do" attitude.
