Need and extra $200+ per month?
Long-term Part-time for right person.
I need a reliable/responsible person for home repairs and maintenance of home and property after tenants left.
Minimum 2 Saturdays (5 hrs/day at $20/hr) per month or a Saturday & Sunday. Negotiable.
Early start ok and preferred.
Must have own transportation.
Much to do.
Getting the evaporative cooler and stand repaired is first on the list!
Fixing gas line leak is second.
Yard work, dump runs, removal of dead appliances, fence repair, shade structure repair, enclose outdoor laundry, demo old shed and carport, build new carport, remove/replace cat run...
I will take care of any required permits/inspections.
I have a small pick-up and most tools that would be required.
Physical Distancing respected and use of masks for close work, of course.
