We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to oversee all aspects maintenance operations!
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
Must have more than 5+ maintenance experience.
Must have more than 5+ running maintenance crews.
Ability to compose proposals proactively communicates w/ clients, & evaluates both employees & properties.
Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines.
Detailed-oriented and organized.
Reliable, show up on time every day.
Must be available to work on on-call.
Strong customer-facing skills & communication skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Manage all assigned jobs cost-effectively & on budget.
Problem-solving skills.
Supervises and coordinates efforts of the maintenance staff. Recommends new hires, disciplines, and contributes to performance appraisal. Responsible for training, coaching, and communications to the maintenance staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE:
Building Repairs.
Carpentry.
Cement/Concrete Work.
Countertop repair/replacement.
Drywall.
Electrical.
Fencing.
Pluming (galvanized pipes, shower stems & valves, slab leaks, gas leaks, etc).
Roof Repair/ Patches/ Tarping.
Siding/Gutters.
Subflooring repair/replacement-Tile work (flooring, wall, countertops).
and etc.
