Property management company seeks to hire a part-time (20 hours per week) Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance of a residential community. A willingness to work, strong attention to detail, as well as basic maintenance and landscaping knowledge is required.
This position requires a regular need for physical activity including, but not limited to, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying supplies and equipment.
All applicants should have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, references and the ability to pass drug, alcohol and background screening. EOE
