We are currently seeking qualified individuals who are interested in joining our team who would like to expand their opportunity. The right candidate will be extremely reliable and hard-working. All locations we service are in and around the Tucson metropolitan area. Facilities are serviced from 1 to 7 days a week making the Unit Franchisee opportunity perfect for anyone who wants flexibility in their schedule.
Current Opportunity:
FLOOR CARE TECHNICIAN:
We are looking for a floor care technician that can cover the services listed below and has at least 1-2 years of experience. MUST BE: Reliable. Independent. Self-motivated.
Must have a verifiable work history, reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
Equipment used to perform job:
Floor machines
Wet/dry vacuum
Pressure wash equipment
Carpet extractors (Truckmount and Portable)
Must have experience in:
Window Washing
Carpet Cleaning / Hot Water Extraction
Steam Cleaning / Pressure Washing Hard Surfaces
Bonnet and Encapsulation Cleaning
Stripping and Refinishing of Resilient Flooring
Burnishing

Environment Control has programs that can be utilized to help with the rental and/or financing of equipment.
-Benefits for all Full Time positions, includes healthcare, 401K, paid time off.
-Positions driving company vehicles must have a clean valid AZ drivers license for last 5 years.
-No at fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
-Candidate must have verifiable work experience for 1 year or more within the last 5 years.
-Prior experience preferred but not required.
-Must pass background check.
-Must pass drug screen.
