We are a company located in Torrance, CA. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help in creating, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives.
We need someone who is experienced in marketing and understands sales, conversions, direct response, copywriting, social media, advertising and other marketing-related channels.
You must be highly experienced in some of these areas and have a good understanding on the other areas mentioned above. This is not a learning, intern-like position. This candidate is expected to apply her existing and transferrable skills to the company immediately. The ideal candidate must clearly demonstrate their capabilities.
You need to have at least 5 years of relevant experience in any of the above areas. .
This is a strong environment when it comes to marketing and execution. If you are a beginner, this is not the place for you. The ideal candidate should be able to ‘hit the ground running.’ We understand that there is a transitional learning period. However, the skill set should already be there, and we are just simply fitting those skills to our company – not teach you from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, execute and manage marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms both digital and offline
- Oversee all marketing logistics and resources
- Assigning, editing, and producing marketing collaterals such as videos, brochures and website
Ideal candidate:
- Must be able to handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds
- Expert time management and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities and works well under pressure
- Direct response experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change
- Enjoys challenges; has a pro-active, “can do” attitude
- Work proactively, independently and utilize situational self-leadership when necessary
- “Roll-up your sleeves” mentality
- Technologically inclined (Simply knowing social media does not equate to being tech savvy)
- Strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, has integrity, is trustworthy, committed and has developed business maturity

This is a Full-Time position working fully remote. Salary ranges from $70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr DOE.
