Start $12.50 plus 50-cent raise after a 3-month trial period, plus future raises based on performance, plus bonuses.

Everyone who has been with the company more than a year has had two or more raises plus bonuses.

There are two kinds of bonuses. The first is a Production Bonus. It is an extra amount per hour. It is calculated every two weeks based on the measured efficiency of production at the company during that 2-week pay period. It applies to every hour worked during that period, but not to holiday or sick hours. It is added to your base pay rate for that two-week period and paid 3-5 days after the end of the period, or up to 6 days if there is a holiday in between.

Production bonuses have averaged $1.56 per hour for the last 12 weeks and have been as high as $1.90 per hour and are rarely zero. So a $12.50 base pay with the bonus added would have averaged $14.06 per hour. After the 3-month raise to $13.00 base pay, if we hit the high bonus again, the total would be $14.90 per hour. We keep working on ways to improve efficiency to push bonuses higher.

Everybody in the company gets the same Production Bonus, because it is a team effort.

The second kind of bonus is a Profit Bonus. It is paid around May of each year based on company profit the previous year. The Profit Bonus is a percentage of the total amount you earned during that previous year. Profit bonuses are paid to all employees who worked during that previous year and are still working at the company when the bonuses are paid.

The profit bonuses last year was 4% of the previous year's earnings, paid last May. This year's bonus looks like it will be better. And based on how things are going so far this year, next year's bonus looks even better.

Profit bonuses are paid to all employees who worked during the previous year (the year the bonuses are based on) and are still working at the company when the bonuses are paid.

The company is growing fast, so future raises and bonuses are likely. Advancement and more raises are possible for those who can take on extra responsibility over time.

40 hours a week after the first week, 37.5 hours per week for the first week only, to fit with trainers' schedules.

For the first week the hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with two 15-minute breaks. Take lunch on your own time up to 1/2 hour.

After the first week, start time is flexible between 7:30 and 8:00 am, with two 15-minute breaks. A 7:00 am start time may be available later. Take lunch on your own time up to 1 hour. End by 4:00 to 4:30 pm.

Reasonable unpaid time off for personal matters is acceptable.
