Job Description: Medical Assembler / Kitter

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

CorTech International is a global staffing company specializing in temporary staffing and direct hire services. We are currently staffing second shift Medical Assembler I/Kitter positions for one of our clients, a large medical supply manufacturer, in Tucson, AZ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

● Manual assembly and packaging of products using simple mechanical equipment and/or tools.

● Attention to detail.

● Able to read and follow drawing specifications.

● Able to work with small parts.

● Good hand and eye coordination.

● Operate, load and unload, automated and semi-automated packing and sealing equipment.

● Maintain a clean and organized work area.

● Provide feedback to the lead, supervisor or manager on any assembly/process issues that impact quality or production.

Physical Demands:

● Able to stand and walk 90% of the day

● Employee may be at times required to lift up to 25 pounds.

● Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Reliable transportation (as the facility is outside of public transportation range),

● Ability to pass both a standard drug test and background check are required.

Shifts available:

● First shift: M-Th from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, at a WEEKLY pay rate of $11.00/hour.

● Generous overtime pay when required.

Required education:

● High school or equivalent
