Job Responsibilities:
List and lease available apartment homes.
Answer calls, set tour appointments, and get prospects to show and apply for available apartments.
Promoting unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
Qualifying prospects and assisting throughout the application process.
Handle phone calls, internet inquiries, and in-person customer service concerns for residents.
Job Requirements:
Leasing Consultant Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or related fields helpful.
Ability to qualify and close on prospects.
Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Property management software experience is preferred but training will be provided if needed.
