Executive Assistant/Office Manager
I currently have a small law firm and a construction company that I manage. Both companies are expanding very fast. I am looking for an assistant that will soon be an office manager. I am flexible with hours but as your role will expand (2 to 3 months), between 7am and 8am is very important and I will likely need you in the office at that time. I would like to have you start part-time and then move to full-time in a few months.
Desired skills:
QuickBooks experience
Proficient in outlook and calendar management
Great organization skills
Bilingual is a plus
Ability to be flexible
Ability to handle challenging clients and customers
Any legal experience would be a huge benefit
