We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can bring their skills and expertise into our company.

The office administrator provides general office support with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The incumbent will also assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

PART TIME LEADING TO FULL TIME

Schedule MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30AM-3:00PM

Job Duties Include:

-Be able to manage a database on a daily basis

-Be able to complete State Billing and Payroll

-Be proficient and work efficiently to meet deadlines

-Answer phones on a multi-line system, serving English and Spanish speaking clients.

-Daily Payroll Operations

-Organizes and maintains tidiness and cleanliness of the office.

-Designs and implements forms for use within office by applying knowledge of software applications, and update as needed.

-Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating new filing systems as needed.

- File documents appropriately

- Cross-reference documents for accuracy

-Accounts receivables

-Prepare paperwork required for new hires.

-Verify Form I-9 documentation and that forms are properly fulfilled while maintaining and updating filing.

-Process new hires, leave of absence, and terminations according to state law

-Prepare any and issue any manual checks as necessary

Requirements for this position include:

- Excellent proofreading and grammar skills

- Proficient with MS Word and Excel

- The ability to type 50+ words per minute consistently

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision following training

- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential

-Time Management and Organizational Skills

Qualifications:

- Minimum Associates Degree

-Office Experience of at least 2 years

-Exposure to a high volume, and multitask work environment

-Exposure to Federal, State and local employment laws a plus but not required
