We are seeking 2 maintenance technicians to join our team. One of the communities is at Speedway and Camino Seco and the other would require a split between a community at Broadway and Kolb and one at Euclid and University. Both positions are full time.
Requirements
Apartment maintenance experience - at least 1 year
Experience with plumbing, electrical, general repairs, painting and basic knowledge of HVAC such as thermostats and wiring
Willingness to participate in grounds clean up daily and pool upkeep (will train the right candidate)
Great customer service
Ability to share after-hours on-call services
