This role will be based in Sahuarita, AZ.

The Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.

Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.

Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.

Process architectural applications for exterior modifications.

Process invoices for payment.

Filing, making copies and other general office tasks on a daily and as needed basis.

Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.

Company vehicle provided to carry job duties

Other duties as assigned.

Valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.

Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)

Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.

Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.

Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

Professional customer service skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

High School Diploma or GED Required

Associates Degree Preferred
