Full Time District Manager
Responsible for all operations of District including 7 Retail Locations in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Douglas and Nogales. Must be familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, selling, marketing, inventory management, customer service, loss prevention and team leadership. Primary point of contact for employees within the district.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
⢠Regular meetings with Store Managers to discuss day to day sales and operations, upcoming events, special promotions and training.
⢠Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Pinpoint performance gaps, addressing them with urgency by providing on-the-spot coaching and escalating issues as needed.
⢠Actively develop the capacity of others through timely, behavior-based coaching and training
⢠Ensure that managers and associates deliver a strong customer experience.
⢠Reviews and approves store schedules to ensure they meet company policy for staffing model expectations, ensuring staffing adjustments are made as needed to meet the needs of the business
⢠Drive operational efficiencies to help minimize risk and protect the store's assets.
⢠Identify ways to manage and control store expenses.
⢠Inspect to ensure store teams are maintaining a clean, and organized store environment at all times.
⢠Respond to customer concerns quickly, effectively and courteously.
⢠Audits store inventory and cash for discrepancies
⢠Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills, Abilities
⢠Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
⢠Demonstrate clear communication skills.
⢠Working ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
⢠Working ability to work under time constraints and production goals
⢠Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures
⢠Expert knowledge of customer service skills
⢠Expert knowledge of employee hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, and retention.
⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
⢠Working ability to operate Point of Sale computer system
⢠Proficient knowledge of mobile wireless products and services
Education/Experience:
⢠High school diploma or equivalent required. 4-year degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
⢠3 years of prior multi-unit sales management experience required, including experience training, coaching, developing, and motivating high performing sales teams
