The Director of Sales and marketing is responsible for achieving budgeted occupancy goals through targeted sales and marketing activities. Heavy inside and outside sales are required to be successful in this position. Subsequently, quarterly marketing action plans will be developed which will outline the specific strategies to ensure occupancy success. In-depth knowledge of competitors and community referral sources will be required to properly sell the community.
In addition to the responsibilities of the Community Relations Director, the Director of Sales and Marketing is expected to provide sales leadership to the community.
Salary DOE plus commission
