The ideal candidate will have:
Outstanding communications skills (phone and in person)
Average computer proficiency
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work non-traditional hours to get the job done
Basic car knowledge to be able to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle
A clear understanding of the importance of timely follow-up
An energetic and friendly approach to customer relations
