Currently looking for an individual to fill an Outside Sales/Marketing opening with a company located in Tucson, AZ. Interested candidates should have 2-4 years of inside/outside sales experience and network marketing experience. Commission + Base
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales/Marketing
Help branch managers maintain positive working relationships by keeping our company in the forefront of our clients minds.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
Requirements of the Outside Sales/Marketing
2-4 years inside/outside sales experience
Office supply sales a plus
Public industry sales a plus
Network marketing experience
Strong organization and follow up skills
Independent worker
Excellent communication skills
Background check required and must have proof of clean driving record.
