Position Overview
The Sales Representative will create new business opportunities and secure new clients in janitorial services, bundled facility services and repair & maintenance services. You will have multiple avenues to secure customers. Beyond that our sales model is built to continually create new revenue opportunities with both new and current clients. You will be responsible for adding new customers through prospecting and business development. You will be expected to cultivate existing relationships and generate sales opportunities for additional facilities services. We have various marketing options to aid in lead development and sales opportunities.
The Sales Representative will focus on:
New business development
Profitability on the assigned territory
Job Responsibilities
Expand the customer base by doing surveys of facilities and providing the customer with a detailed quotation for needed services
Coordinate the entire sales life-cycle: lead to prospect to target to client
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
Maintain Company standards of professionalism in all interactions with prospective customers, current customers, service providers and co-workers
Maintain accurate follow-up and CRM activity
Willingness to visit customer sites after normal business hours or on weekends
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
Achieve assigned sales and net growth quota in designated territory
Meet assigned margin expectations for profitability
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet Company standards
Follow a defined sales plan that focuses on multiple-location customers and facilities that are large enough to have a need for multiple services
Foster a cohesive team atmosphere with all co-workers and service providers
Maintain and update Companys proprietary software system as it relates to activities such as proposals, sales follow-up and new customer sales
Candidate Attributes/Experience
2+ years of experience in a B2B sales
B2B business or facility service sales experience
Demonstrated success in B2B sales role
Positive & proactive approach to life
Focused on independent professional development
Familiar with web-based CRM & sales prospecting platforms
Team-first mentality
Competitive with an intense desire to win
Creative and solution-based thinking
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Compensation
Base salary range, commensurate with experience
Sales commissions (monthly)
