Sales/Design Professional Residential Remodeling

To continue our success, we are seeking an experienced Sales/Design Professional to join our team. Successful candidates will possess design skills, strong sales and account management background and the ability to leverage these assets to achieve company sales goals and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert prospects into customers listen objectively to prospects
Accurately determine customer needs and expectations
Determine accurate cost/value investment figures
Help clients select appropriate products based on knowledge of residential remodeling
Working with production team to handle customer concerns
Meeting with client to sell the job
Design using company provided design software (20/20, Chief Architect)
Working with production team to handle customer concerns
Meet with client upon completion of project to confirm satisfaction and maintain the relationship
Increased sales/profit
Required Knowledge & Skills :
Good understanding of residential home building and remodeling
Must have a high level of sales initiative, be self-motivating and have the drive to generate leads
Design experience preferred to include kitchens, baths, additions and whole house remodels
Ability to help guide clients through the design phase of the project through the final payment
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong influencing skills
Ability to self-manage
Ability to work within a team and to follow processes
20/20 and Chief Architect
Education & Experience Required
5+ years experience in residential remodeling sales preferred
Design experience preferred
Must have clean driving record
