I'm a lifelong telemarketer. The worst periods of my professional life , by far , have been when I had to take a job at a poorly reviewed company. You might know how that goes: You have an interested prospect on the phone yet he/she wants to do their research on the company. You have two choices: 1) Hard sell the prospect like a hungry barbarian or 2) Concede defeat knowing if he does research there is no way he is coming back with an order.
Its beyond frustrating. Has anyone ever worked in a call center with awesome reviews I have not been that lucky, so I decided to build one.

If the prospect is not convinced by the presentation , if the prospect questions the validity of our reviews, then they will be persuaded by the reasonable risk we place in front of them.
