We are a Very busy shop with 7 employees and growing. We are looking to add a service writer/manager. Must have experience running a shop front to back, preferred would be experience in a transmission shop.
As a Center Manager, you'll be in charge of customer service, sales transactions, scheduling, environmental compliance and most importantly, ensuring the safety and well-being of your staff. You'll make sure that things are running smoothly from the front counter to the back of the service area, and be able to correct them when they're not.
Duties Include,
Lead tracking and follow up via phone, email, text message
Phones sales and Quotes
Managing labor and shop work flow
Ordering Parts and solving problems
Selling and Upselling Repairs - Must be a great sales person.
Customer Interaction and Resolve Problems or concerns
Managing Employee Schedules and Time off.
Implement Systems for Quality Assurance.
If you have the necessary experience you know what the job entails.
Pay is DOE Base Plus Commission
Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, M-F No Weekends.
