The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 570 is hiring Journeymen commercial electricians and Foremen for jobs in Tucson Arizona and Southern Arizona. Journeyman Wireman pay $26.96/hr Which includes health benefits and retirement pensions that total $37.55/hr, Crew Foreman rate is $30.33/hr with a total package of $41.52 and GF rate is $33.03/hr with total package of $44.71! Sub-Journeyman Pay from $16 - $23 plus benefits depending on experience. Some jobs are working overtime 5 - 10's, 5 - 10's and an 8, 6 - 10's and 7-10's with Double time on Sunday.

Other Construction electrical contractors in Southern Arizona claim to have the Best pay but cannot match our wages and benefits or even come close. Plus the best training program for apprentices and continuing training for journeymen including Motor Control, PLC, Transformer, Code, and Theory classes available to all members!

Local 570 was established in Tucson in 1907 and we are continuing to grow our numbers daily because our Members:

Employees are not under any contract with the IBEW other than representation while working for NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) contractors. The IBEW simply negotiates better wages and benefits that these contractor will pay their employees. Length of employment all depends on the workers attitude and work ethics. "We will get you the job, it's your job to keep it!"

Commercial electricians must know how to bend and install EMT and Rigid conduit

Residential Wiremen must be able to lay out and rough in

Must know basic wiring

Must have basic knowledge of the NEC

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have 4 years of verifiable employment in the Commercial Electrical trade or 2 years in the Residential Electrical trade.

Must be able to pass a drug screen
