Individual will be responsible for maintenance of a 36-unit apartment complex. Must have maintenance experience working for a company. Some duties include minor plumbing, changing AC filters and light fixtures, are only to name a few of the duties.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
