Responsibilities
Ensure that all projects and purchasing/inventory functions are completed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
Supervise production staff, schedule, and production quality
Execute our company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
Motivate and support the team to consistently exceed goals and expectations
Oversee production operations to ensure safety, quality, production efficiency, cost-effective management of resources to ensure the highest quality service will be provided at all times
Review production reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, as well as make well thought suggestions as to how the branch can improve
Evaluate the performance of staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives
Hire and oversee training and development of production staff
Exceptional ability to coach, mentor and support the entire team and have vendor of roofers of all types of systems.
Requirements
Must have relevant residential remodeling and roofing project management experience (5+ years) with a proven track record of leading operations and crews to measurable success
Extensive experience in residential remodeling and roofing, budgeting and oversight a must
Comfortable with technology
Demonstrated experience developing and growing production operations in a high volume environment
Valid driver license
