F1 HOME SERVICES is looking for an individual that has experience as an Estimator/Sales for Kitchen and Bath Remodels in the Tucson area.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years experience in the remodeling industry with Estimating/sales experience , strong organization and communication
skills with the ability to interact well with clients.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand all aspects of Remodeling.
Must understand plans and written specifications. Also understand work orders,
change orders, and all other documents needed
Must have a variety of skills in Cabinetry, countertops, Paint, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical and
flooring.
Be able to identify discrepancies and special conditions for the scope of work needed to stay with in Construction codes for Arizona.
Must be legal to work in the US.
Must have strong leadership abilities.
Must have valid drivers license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
