Handyman / Property Maintenance Man Wanted
Full-time position. Must have Clean Drivers License, Pass Drug Test
MUST HAVE REFERENCES.
Requirements - Must have general repair knowledge of tile work, plumbing, electrical, drywall - wall repair, painting, general household repairs, doors, and windows. Remodeling knowledge is a BIG Plus
Attention to detail a plus while being efficient. No sloppy work.
Must have your own tools for most jobs.
Must have own transportation.
Truck and gas card will be provided after 6 months of employment.
Require 5 years+ Experience.
Day to day work could include weed eating, fence repair, turning over apartments,
coating roofs, paint etc…
Pay is $32-$36k a year.
