We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to show their work ethic/skills. We are a company who is looking for an addition to our "Road Crew". Our home base is Tucson, AZ. but part of the field crew's duties is to travel (Mostly throughout California) to numerous states completing construction jobs. We work on making vertical towers look aesthetically pleasing for different cities. We can talk about the job description in detail another time. Our main focus right now is finding someone motivated to work, grow as an individual, and help get jobs done. Of course we would like to know work history so if you can please send your resume. But ultimately, your past is your past and we want to know what people want to do in their future

Some things to think of:
We travel as a group of 3-4 and could be out from 1-2 weeks at a time.(need to be team player)
Some days might be slow, easy days. Some might be long hard days( need to be physically and mentally prepared)
Need to be physically and mentally prepared to work in various climates
physically and mentally prepared to climb towers ( will train with all tools, equipment, and special training required)
Self-Motivated and Self-Disciplined potentially working alone if required
Travel out of town for up to 2 weeks out of every month
We will train, just need someone trainable and as sharp as can be
Work is safety sensitive and a lot of factors to consider
Must be able to work at heights and work with aerial lifts
Must be able to drive long distances and care for company vehicles
Preferred experience:
General construction
work with power tools/hand tools
Basic understanding of truck maintenance
Drivers License ( CDL class B) preferred but not required. At least have the ability to obtain CDL
Half of our work is driving, and driving is shared between all crew members.
