Safe Wing LLC is a non-emergency medical transportation company that aims to transport members safely and efficiently to and from their medical appointments.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of Dispatchers and Manager, employees to safely transport members to and from designated locations, while providing exemplary customer service. Office is located in Phoenix, AZ
Duties:
Safely transport members to and from designed location in a timely fashion
Assist member in and out of vehicles
Effectively and Professionally communicate with members and employees
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicle and checking vehicle gauges.
Adhere to company's dress code and personal appearance.
Maintain professional demeanor
Education:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Arizona Driver's license
Provide a 5-year certified motor vehicle report
At least 4 years experience operating a motor vehicle
Interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
Basic knowledge of Internet and phone applications
Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint card (applied for prior to hire date).
Must have a CPR/AED/FIRST AID card
Preferred:
At least 1 year of medical transportation experience a plus
Prior experience operating a handicapped vehicle is a big plus
