Looking for Full-Time, Year-Round Maintenance Person

Position is 40-hours per week, Year-Round
Hours are 8am - 5pm w/ two 15-min Breaks & a 1-hour Lunch
Work is Outdoors with a small amount in the Shop Area
Schedule is 5-days (in a row) per week, but days will vary (Typical schedules will be one of the following: Sun-Thurs, Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, Wed-Sun, Thurs-Mon, Fri-Tues, or Sat-Wed. You will be assigned 5-days in a row, and every few months the schedules will alternate.)
No overtime.
Unfortunately, there are no health benefits with this position.
Requirements:
- Landscaping & Taking Care of Grounds
- Basic Household Plumbing (installation of sinks, toilets, water heaters, under sink plumbing, fixing basic waterline connections, etc.)
- Basic Sprinkler System Plumbing, Installation, and Set-Up
- Pool Maintenance
- Mechanical Knowledge (changing fluids on tractors, checking batteries, repairing lawn mowers & weed eaters, etc.)
- Electrical knowledge a plus, but not mandatory
This position is for someone who wants to do general maintenance full-time with steady hours. A majority of the work is cleaning the grounds and landscaping. The next item that occurs most often is solving and repairing plumbing issues.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Who can get the job done and do it right.
You will need to be able to communicate with the Office Personnel who will be assigning daily tasks. Communication is essential. You will also be working with a team of 3 other maintenance personnel.
We really would like to find someone who could lead the team. If you feel you could be a team supervisor, please note that in your response.
