You will work closely with the attorneys and clients to provide legal assistance in drafting, filing and researching probate and trust administration cases. Hours: 8-5; 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri
Experience and Education:
Prior clerical experience required (Legal Experience Preferred); complete a successful background check
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Able to prioritize workloads with changing priorities and manage workflow process effectively, Detailed and deadline-oriented
Job Description #2:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our established estate planning firm. You will provide assistance with secretarial and administrative tasks throughout the office. Hours: 8-5; 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri
Experience and Education: At least 2 years of professional working experience & complete a successful background check
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work well within a team, able to prioritize workloads with changing priorities and manage workflow process effectively, Detailed and deadline-oriented, able to exercise judgment and discretion in decision making
Wage and Benefits for Either Position
$14-$24 depending on experience and abilities
Retirement Contribution Matching up to 3%
