We have an exciting opportunity for a smart and outgoing person who can maintain our fun, friendly, inviting, and safe atmosphere for our patients in the reception lobby. As a receptionist you should be highly effective while multitasking and maintaining a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who can converse with patients of all walks of life and make patients feel comfortable at all times. You should have a team player attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
Our receptionists are responsible for verifying identification, insurance verification, checking-in patients, answering patient questions, data entry, answering the phone, and other administrative duties.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 3 year reception experience
-Minimum 3 years customer service experience
-Experience with Eaglesoft
-Self-starter/ motivated
-Effective communicator with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
-High School Diploma or GED
-Flexibility and a mindset to work varying shift times
-Ability to provide a high level of patient care (you must love people)
-Displays strong skills in multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing
