Have a shiny brand new C-Store Travel Center branded Shell approx. April 2019
Location requires a take charge experienced C-Store manager to operate the location.
Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the 24hr a day operation. Location will have the C-Store gas island and truck islands for the over the road truckers.
Convenience Store management experience a PLUS and moves you to the front of the line!

Responsibilities Include:
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
Promote and ensure a safe, positive, public image within the neighboring community.
Train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
Develop and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well-kept based on Company standards.
Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
Develop position and professional relationships with all suppliers.
Requirements you need to have:
2 or more years experience in retail management preferred.
Ability to operate the store computer and electronic systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in English. (Verbal and written)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a business that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
