Role: Product Manager

Location: Bentonville, AR

Duration: Contract to hire

WFH/Remote to start, but expectation is to be onsite in Bentonville, AR once converted to full time

Project:

Looking for an experienced Product Manager / Owner who will support a large-scale 'digital innovation' project. The Product Manager / Owner will be responsible for dictating requirements for creating 'smart' assets to the store asset vendors. The goal is to find areas to improve energy efficiency to decrease overall energy costs in this company's facilities.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of product experience
• Must have experience in 'facilities maintenance' (ideally in retail environment)
• Will be working alongside facilities maintenance teams, representatives/SME's for each department, and the asset vendors
• Will be responsible for fully managing the product roadmap for each product given
• Must have high level functional knowledge of data and data context
• Will work with business stakeholders/SMEs to find what data you need, then work with vendor to figure out how to get that data out of the machine, then work with data science team to provide context for data
• CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) or similar tool required (IBM Maximo)
• Experience bringing products to the cloud/into a SaaS environment: RBA, cloud security, etc (preferred)
• Experience with IoT preferred
• Understanding of production code, refrigeration
• Enterprise experience
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background highly preferred
