A large Software Partner of ours is seeking a Services Program Manager who understands the retail side of business to expand the company's current service offerings at one of their largest clients. The ideal candidate will come from a client-facing, IT consulting role. This is a contract to hire opportunity. APPLY TODAY! REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years’ experience in a Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer/technology consulting type role (Client-facing) in an Agile environment
Extensive experience within a retail environment – understands retail systems, processes, applications, etc.
Strong ability to analyze technology and best practices in a retail environment
Extensive operations/ process improvement background
Prior experience working with Walmart (consultant, partner, vendor, etc.) – this is HIGHLY preferred, open to other large retailers
Ability to hit the ground running to drive projects, sell professional services, and then execute and follow through to deliver
Knowledge of Supply Chain, Transportation, or Merchandising
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous software architecture experience
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Services Program Manager will analyze other areas of the business to consult and provide suggestions and services the company could offer to improve current setup(s), identify gaps and revamping processes to help grow the current business as well as expand them into other groups/areas.
