Key job duties:
Time-card data gathering, reviewing, and uploading
Payroll batch processing to headquarters
Labor reporting and forecasting data functions
Leading labor meetings
Labor journal entries for month end close
Assisting the controller with forecasting and budgeting needs in relation to labor
Special projects
Skill sets:
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel with ability to build)
Access and/or SQL knowledge/experience a plus
ERP experience a plus (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities/work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Experience/Education:
4-year degree with an Accounting major
Manufacturing experience preferred
