Responsible for greeting visitors and answering and directing incoming telephone calls, and accounts receivable functions. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties for Human Resources programs and procedures as required with minimal supervision.

Job Performance

7:45-2:30 Front Desk Receptionist/Acct Receivable duties, 2pm-4:15pm HR Assist:

Receives and routes company communications.

Performs accounts receivable activities of invoicing, posting, commissions, and NMRs for pricing and freight.

Reconciles some general ledger accounts.

Performs general clerical duties.

Updates and maintains customer and vendor information.

Performs general clerical duties and uses basic and specialized office equipment.

Accurately prepares and processes records, reports, forms and correspondence.

Answers telephone and provides appropriate information or takes messages.

Coordinates and distributes information to associates in all areas of the company.

Assists in recruiting and hiring activities and tracking of employees.

Prepares benefits program paperwork, assists in benefit program presentations and ongoing administration of

benefit plans.

Assists in employee recognition and achievement programs, and special events.

Files department related documents and assists associates with questions about employment, policies, and

benefits.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all accounting and HR functions.

Effective written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.

Maintains acceptable levels of attendance and punctuality.

Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and instructions.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to adequately work with appropriate equipment and computers,

Adequate mobility to move about the office and manufacturing plant floor as needed.

Must have Adequate mobility for stooping, bending, lifting, strength and grip requirements necessary to

occasionally manipulate and/or lift products weighing up to 40 lbs. Occasionally required to stand, Regularly

use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to

Sit.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Must wear Safety glasses with side shields in all production areas and hearing protection must be worn in

designated areas at all times.

Adequate mobility to move about the office and manufacturing plant floor as needed.

This position is considered a high risk position due to working with Customers, confidentiality/HIPPA, and

exposure to the manufacturing environment, moving machinery and forklift traffic.
