Automotive Customer Service Representative Wanted
Locally owned automotive service and repair facility is seeking a customer service representative for a full time position.
Job Responsibilities:
Cashier - Accurately and quickly cashing out customers and answering service questions.
Greeting customers and facilitating service of their vehicles
Answering phones and accurately answering questions, routing calls to correct persons, and scheduling appointments
Assisting with scheduling of appointments for repair work.
Assisting with some quoting of repair work.
Light cleaning
Performing day end closing procedures accurately.
Various other light office duties and tasks as needed.
Preferred candidate will have automotive and service knowledge or experience, possess excellent communication and phone skills, be focused on giving the highest level of customer service, have reliable transportation, and will enjoy being part of a team environment.
