Manager Blue Johns:
Job Opening: Property Manager
Residents of Berryville, Eureka Springs, and The greater Fayetteville area, we are seeking an honest, handy, patient, but firm property manager to manage Blue Johns Mobile Home Community.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Collecting monthly lot fees & home rents.
-Renting lots, renting homes, selling homes.
-Preparing and enforcing community rules, leases, and other agreements.
-Dealing with problems (resident, maintenance, etc.)
-Finding, negotiating with, and ensuring contractors fulfill their obligations.
-Following published procedures, but thinking on your feet as applicable.
-Mowing common areas.
-Keeping log of monthly expenses.
-Keeping log of phone calls.
-Keeping accurate rent roll each month.
-Reporting park status to owners.
-Marketing.
-Identifying hazards
-Asking questions and seeking assistance when needed.
The salary and wage structure is as follows:
-$500/mo
-Additional commission for renting lots and for renting or selling homes.
We have a studio unit that rents for $500/mo and is available for the manager.
Employment and residential references will be required and contacted.
The job is set to begin at the beginning of August.
After a preliminary phone interview with myself and the current on site manager, an in person interview will take place at our Blue Johns Community.
