We currently have a FULL TIME opening for a Showroom / Administrative Assistant in our ROGERS location. This is an excellent opportunity to begin an exciting career with a company who cares. THE BASICS OF THE JOB: (Including but not limited to)
Answer phones and take messages as needed or answer basic questions
Greet customers as they enter and determine their needs
Process transactions as customers check out
Process Daily paperwork and work weekly reports
Research and order parts while interacting with the install techs
Follow up on open orders, ship dates, back orders, etc.
Keep all pricing files up to date, maintain pricing in QuickBooks
Maintain and update showroom pricing and literature as necessary
THE REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have experience with QuickBooks
Experience with MS Office products
Great customer service and communications skills
Be professional in appearance and demeanor
Be willing to learn the products and grow with the company
Have a great can-do attitude and be a team player!
